SPS Global is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Mailroom Associate to support workplace operations and deliver a high-quality concierge experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of mail, packages, document services, and office support functions within the business service center.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks while maintaining a professional and service-first approach.

Job Overview

The Mailroom Associate provides exceptional concierge and office services support across multiple operational areas, including mail processing, shipping and receiving, document services, and multifunction device (MFD) support.

This role ensures accurate handling of mail and packages, supports business service center operations, and maintains a consistent 5-star service experience for corporate employees and clients.

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

What You'll Do Mail & Shipping Operations
  • Receive inbound mail and packages and input details into chain-of-custody systems
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages to company personnel
  • Manage outgoing mail and shipping transactions
  • Notify employees upon receipt of deliveries
  • Serve as point of contact for mail and package inquiries
Document & Business Service Center Support
  • Perform scanning, imaging, and light copy/print services
  • Operate multifunction devices (MFDs), ensuring functionality and replenishing toner and paper
  • Maintain the Business Service Center in a clean and organized manner
Office & Facilities Support
  • Assist with meeting room and conference room setups
  • Support office moves within assigned facilities
  • Perform light maintenance and cleaning duties as needed
Customer Service & Operational Excellence
  • Deliver 5-star customer service across all forms of communication
  • Build professional relationships with employees and internal teams
  • Maintain professionalism and composure when handling sensitive inquiries
  • Proactively seek additional work during downtime
  • Train backup personnel and provide guidance on procedures and policies
  • Identify and respond to additional operational support needs
What We're Looking For Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in office services, mailroom, logistics, or customer service roles
  • Working knowledge of multifunction devices (MFDs)
