Growth Enablement - Sales Enablement Senior Associate
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension/conversion
Are you passionate about improving sales performance through better processes, training, and enablement? We're looking for a
Sales Enablement Senior Associate to help drive sales effectiveness by supporting go-to-market teams with the tools, resources, and programs they need to succeed.
In this role, you'll partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop enablement strategies, streamline sales processes, and enhance the overall seller experience.
What You'll Do
- Design, coordinate, and deliver sales enablement initiatives that improve productivity and performance.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and enablement content.
- Support onboarding programs for new sales team members and ongoing learning initiatives.
- Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and recommend coaching or training solutions.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and enablement program effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure sellers have up-to-date messaging, tools, and resources.
- Help manage enablement platforms, documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Assist with change management and communication for new sales processes and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, consulting, or a related business function.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience creating training content, documentation, and sales resources.
- Ability to use standard English writing styles and structures to write RFP/proposal responses with minimal oversight while adhering to internal and industry-leading practices.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Healthcare industry experience (commercial or federal is preferred).
- Shipley Proposal Management or other formal proposal writing training is preferred.
