 What you will do at Integral Molecular: 

  • Drive revenue growth: Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets for MPA services in close partnership with the broader commercial team. 
  • Prospecting and demand generation: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential biotech and pharma accounts through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and networking. Educate prospects on the value and technical advantages of the MPA platform. 
  • Client engagement: Own your accounts - develop deep customer relationships by combining regular touchpoints with consultative selling that connects each customer's needs to the value MPA delivers. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Bridge conversations between prospects and our scientific teams ensuring technical discussions land clearly and project requirements are captured accurately at conversion. 
  • CRM & pipeline management: Fully utilize Salesforce and related tools to manage pipeline, track deal progress, and maintain an accurate sales forecast. Prepare and follow-up on client proposals to drive conversion and provide updates during weekly commercial meetings. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field  
  • 3-5 years of work or academic experience in a Life Sciences lab 
  • 1-3 years of biotech, pharma, or life sciences sales experience 
  • The ability to translate complex scientific concepts into value-driven business conversations  
  • The ability to effectively recognize opportunities, communicate ideas, and act autonomously in a fluid and matrixed environment 
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred 
  • An instinct for building relationships and understanding client needs 
  • Ability to commute to our offices in University City, with current residence in the Greater Philadelphia areaÂ
