Job description

The Service Delivery Associate (Mini) is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of payments and documents received via mail. This role involves opening mail, operating scanning equipment, and performing other duties typical of a lockbox processing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Additionally, the Service Delivery Associate (Mini) will be responsible for meeting production and quality standards set by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mail Processing:
o Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail according to predefined procedures.
o Ensure all mail is processed promptly and accurately.
2. Scanning and Imaging:
o Operate scanning equipment to capture images of checks, payment coupons, and other documents.
o Verify the quality and clarity of scanned images, making adjustments as necessary.
3. Quality Control:
o Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all items are processed correctly.
o Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
4. Compliance and Security:
o Adhere to company policies and procedures related to lockbox processing.
o Maintain the confidentiality and security of all processed information.
5. Production and Quality Standards:
o Meet or exceed production and quality standards set by the company.
o Continuously monitor and improve personal performance to achieve these standards.

Qualifications:
