Job description

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - GREELEY, CO.
  • Starting Pay = $15.87


OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting shipping/receiving, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Accurately receive, store, and pull inventory using our ERP system (DEACOM).
  • Perform regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in staging and picking orders for shipment.
  • Support inbound receiving and inspection of deliveries.
  • Provide production with needed materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment, including daily forklift checks.
  • Follow FIFO practices and lot code management.
  • Work Saturdays if production is scheduled (with some exceptions).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using computers, scanners, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and identify/report hazards.
