Job Summary
The Intern is responsible for assisting in the daily tasks within the F&I department. This internship will allow for the utilization of learned skills at college along with the learning of on-the-job skills that will enhance the overall development of the individual.
Essential Functions
  • Partner with the F&I team to support deal processing, documentation, and funding workflows
  • Assist in preparing finance packages, credit applications, and deal summaries
  • Observe and support customer financing discussions and product presentations
  • Learn compliance standards related to lending, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze deals for profitability, pricing structure, and risk considerations
  • Collaborate with sales team to support deal flow and customer experience
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and tracking key performance metrics
  • Participate in leadership meetings and operational reviews
  • Support special projects focused on process improvement and efficiency

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
  • Strong interest in finance, sales, or business operations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (student organizations, athletics, work, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
