Early Childhood Assistant Teacher – Infant, Toddler & Preschool Programs
Location: The Learning Experience – Jenison, MI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking a caring and flexible Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to support classrooms serving children from infancy through preschool. This role provides valuable classroom support while helping create engaging learning experiences and maintaining a positive environment for children and families.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy variety in their day and want to gain experience across multiple age groups in a supportive early childhood education setting.
Key Responsibilities

  •  Support teachers with daily classroom routines and activities 
  •  Assist with learning centers, group activities, and classroom transitions 
  •  Help create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children 
  •  Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
