Job description

Join a leading transportation and logistics organization supporting operations across domestic and international locations. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging online learning programs that support employee development, operational training, and organizational initiatives. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning courses and training programs * Create engaging learning content including simulations, assessments, videos, and multimedia resources * Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning solutions * Create storyboards, scripts, instructional materials, and learner assessments * Develop and update content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS) * Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to improve training effectiveness * Maintain course documentation, training materials, and learning assets * Evaluate and improve existing training content to ensure quality, consistency, and learner engagement Required Skills & Experience: * Experience designing and developing interactive e-learning content * Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360 or similar * Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) * Strong instructional design knowledge, including adult learning theory, curriculum development, course design, and assessment development * Experience creating storyboards, learning objectives, and multimedia training content * Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred Skills & Experience: * Experience with Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite * User Interface (UI) or Graphic Design experience * Experience creating SCORM or xAPI-compliant learning content * HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or web design experience * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Learning & Development, or a related field
