Job description

Supports the design, development, and maintenance of online courses and multimedia content for the Center for Learning and Development Studies (CLDS), using the approved Learning Management System (LMS) and website platforms. Building and updating course content, maintaining CLDS websites, creating graphics, videos, and digital materials using tools such as Adobe, Canva, and Canvas, and recommending improvements to enhance instructional effectiveness. Also produces materials in industry-standard formats (e.g., MP4, PDF, JPEG) and assist with layout and design for handouts, ads, and reports. Additionally, the contractor may provide basic IT support to CLDS staff when not engaged in higher-priority tasks.
