Collaboration often involves conducting interviews, reviewing drafts, and receiving feedback on course content. Effective communication and project management skills are essential, as designers must translate complex subject matter into accessible learning experiences and iterate based on SME input. This partnership is key to creating high-quality educational resources that meet both learner and organizational goals.
