Betty's Babies Child Care Center LLC is looking to hire loving, kind, and dependable teachers including bilingual teachers to join our team. Applicants must have a passion for working with children, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Applicants must have open availability Monday thru Friday. Requirements include; 18 years or older, High School Diploma, or GED (must be able to provide documentation). Must have a background check and fingerprints or be willing to complete a background check and fingerprints and lift 40 pounds. Applicant must have CPR & First Aid or be willing to obtain one. Pay is bi-weekly. HIRING ASAP! We are also hiring an Assistance Teacher and a Cook with experience. Additionally, we are looking the hire an experience ADMINISTRATOR. We want TEACHERS who know and understand:
1) Curriculum implementation
2) Lesson planning writing
3) How to teach through PLAY
4) Early literacy: Language development, phonological awareness, and alphabetic knowledge
5) Reading research and how to implement it
6) Assist the Director in planning and implementing the daily program.
7) Supervise the classroom by helping children think creatively, solve problems independently and respect themselves and others.
8) Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day.
9) Help with a meal and snack modeling table manners.
10) Maintain a clean, orderly classroom and school.
The positions we have to offer are the following; Two-year-old classroom, Three-year-old classroom, Infant classroom, and floater 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Previous daycare experience is preferred; however, we will consider someone with no experience who is open and willing to learn. All employees are subject to a 30 - 90-day probationary period.
