About the Role

Clarvida is seeking an Early Learning Center Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) to work with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old who have behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses. In this role, you will provide direct behavioral health support in a structured early learning environment, helping young children build foundational skills in a nurturing, consistent, and developmentally appropriate setting.

You will engage children in age-appropriate activities, collaborate closely with families, provide parent skill training, and help maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment. This is a weekday, school-based position ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood development and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health support to children ages 3 to 5 years
Create and maintain a nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment
Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support emotional and behavioral development
Communicate regularly with families regarding child progress and needs
Provide parent skill training and education- this does not apply
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment
Collaborate with educators, clinicians, and support staff
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or
Eligibility for Ed Tech III certification
Interest or experience working with young children preferred
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
