How You'll Make an Impact

The Research and Development (R&D) Intern-Summer 2027 will help the analytical group to do bench top chemistry testing.

Responsibilities Include

  • Following Valvoline RC 14001 rules to perform job safely.
  • Getting familiar with our VLIMS system to collect and record data.
  • Performing bench top testing required for engine oils.
  • Performing data analysis and communication with fleet stake holders.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You'll Need

  • Currently enrolled in a Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering college program
  • Good teamwork mentality 
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40lbs. 
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
