Learning & Development Specialist - Finance

Our people are our greatest asset! Join us as a Learning & Development Specialist to oversee training and development for Uline's Finance team, expanding our staff's skills as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.

  • Create, update and maintain department training materials.

  • Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.

  • Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.

  • Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.

  • Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
