Overview

Are you a lash extensions and brow services expert who wants to take your role/experience to the next level by leading/training lash stylists of an AMAZING team, while still providing services to your base clientele? 

Then come join our growing esthetician and cosmetologist team at the Amazing Lash Studio brand where we specialize in making everyone look and feel refreshed, beautiful, and AMAZING! 

Lash Tech experience required. 

Eyelash Technician Trainer Benefits:

Qualifications

-Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in your state and/or municipality (typically an active and current esthetician or cosmetologist license)

-Experience with customer service in the beauty industry

-Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guests satisfaction and loyalty

-Experience in increasing quality of service execution of peers

-Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests

-Experience with facilitating mentorship, or informal on-the-job lash and brow service training

-Experience being a leader in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions 

-Experience in leading organizational culture-embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth 

-Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products

-Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades

-Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating the client on services and processes

-Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques

-A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor

-Organization skills regarding service notes from client appointment history

-Maintains state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization

-Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated

-Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Professional appearance
