Now Hiring: Talent Development/ Training Specialist (Contract- 12+ months)

Bethesda, MD Area | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, Fridays Remote)


Green Key Resources is partnering with a well-known hospitality organization seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support leadership development, training initiatives, organizational effectiveness programs, and associate engagement efforts during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys partnering with business leaders, facilitating training sessions, managing learning programs, and driving projects from concept through execution.


We're looking for candidates with:

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, or related fields

• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or team effectiveness programs

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Experience coordinating programs, tracking participation, collecting feedback, and measuring results


Ideal candidates will have experience:

• Managing training programs from intake through delivery and evaluation

• Working directly with internal clients to assess learning needs

• Coordinating vendors and learning initiatives

• Supporting LMS platforms and learning operations

• Utilizing instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both facilitation and program management and wants to make a meaningful impact on employee development and organizational culture.
