Job description

*Position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Entarian is looking for a Senior Application Project management experience utilizing agile development best practices. Under indirect supervision, oversees the management of multiple application modernization projects. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Requirements gathering * Estimating Level of Effort (LOE) * Drafting development stories * Facilitating backlog reviews & sprint planning meetings * Coordinating resources * Reviewing QA results and p erforming final review * Manages resources across each development effort and provides staffing recommendations for new or expanding projects * Provides budget reports to track burn rates across each project to ensure projects stay within budget * Manages master project schedule and reprioritizes efforts to prevent collisions * Works directly with customers to communicate project status * Works with the development teams to identify areas for improvements and gain efficiencies Salary range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 Minimum Qualifications * Active DoD Secret Security Clearance * CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent IA cert) and computing environment certification (i.e. MCSD Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) * Experience in Computer Science or IT * Minimum three years' experience with DevSecOps development strategies * Minimum three years' experience with Agile development processes and tools * Minimum three years' experience with Quality Assurance (QA) application testing * Minimum three years' experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects * Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects Desired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects * Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IAVM About Us Formed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
