Responsibilities

  • Drive project management and delivery of assigned training programs and initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard

  • Own and maintain program calendars, timelines, and milestones

  • Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and presentations

  • Support identification of training needs through performance data, field feedback, and business priorities

  • Support development and refinement of training strategies, program structures, content direction, and delivery approaches

  • Develop training outlines and learning approaches

  • Optimize training programs by evaluating performance and implementing enhancements

  • Analyze program performance data and provide actionable insights

  • Evaluate program outcomes, document learnings, and share recommendations

  • Support strategic initiatives and industry events, including Celebrity Learning Seminars at Sea and CCGSC

  • Manage training-related event logistics, stakeholder coordination, supply ordering, and inventory management

  • Coordinate onboard and in-person program execution

  • Track deliverables, deadlines, forms, reporting, and documentation

  • Coordinate communications and collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales Communications, Creative teams, and external vendors

  • Coordinate development of training materials aligned with brand standards

  • Track and report attendance, completion rates, engagement, and survey results using Excel and Power BI

  • Execute programs within budget, track expenses, and manage resources

  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to support content development and streamline workflows


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; focus on Training, Organizational Development, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Training, Learning & Development, or a related field

  • Experience in project management, program execution, and training delivery

  • Approximately 25% travel required

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to think critically and contribute ideas to improving training programs based on data, feedback, and business needs

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive alignment across teams

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including the ability to build polished presentations and manage data effectively

  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools and strong comfort working with data

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools, including Rise 360

  • Experience using Canva or similar tools to support the creation of visually engaging training materials

  • Experience working with webinar and virtual training platforms (e.g., Webex, Teams, or similar tools)

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to improve efficiency, automate processes, and support content development

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders

  • Confidence facilitating training sessions and presenting to both internal and external audiences

  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
