Project Manager โ€“ Learning and Development Program

Local to Chicagoโ€“ Contract - 8 months

Do you excel working on projects across a variety of capabilities and functional areas, and work well in a collaborative and highly matrixed environment? Can you lead an end-to-end design, planning, and execution of an Early Career Development Program, partnering with HR, SMEs, and firm leadership to develop a curriculum across professional development, business acumen, and project delivery? Do you have experience with industry-standard project management methodologies and managing Agile projects that provide the best solutions for unique business issues and opportunities our clients face?

ยท You have demonstrated experience in planning and leading learning and development projects.

ยท You excel at establishing and facilitating ongoing project reviews of scope, resources, schedule, and budget.

ยท You can manage stakeholder engagement and expectations during the lifecycle of projects.
