SUMMARY


RHM Real Estate Group is seeking a strategic and versatile Talent Management Specialist to elevate employee and organizational performance, enhance organizational effectiveness, and bolster leadership development programs across a growing real estate organization. This role serves as a key HR partner to company leadership through the implementation of talent management initiatives that will impact employees at every level of the company. The Talent Management Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to influence company culture, strengthen leadership capability, and help shape the future workforce of one of Northeast Ohio's leading property management and real estate development firms.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead talent management initiatives from concept through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with business leaders to improve talent strategies that support organizational goals and workforce planning
  • Design and implement programs that strengthen employee performance, engagement, retention, and development
  • Evaluate organizational effectiveness and recommend solutions that improve employee and business outcomes

Learning & Development

  • Design, develop, and facilitate professional, functional, and leadership development programs
  • Partner with department leaders to identify organizational learning needs and emerging talent trends
  • Develop learning solutions that build leadership capabilities and prepare employees for future opportunities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to ensure measurable impact

Employee Onboarding & Transitions

  • Design and oversee onboarding and employee transition programs that promote engagement and accelerate productivity
  • Develop resources, tools, and processes that ensure a consistent and positive employee experience
  • Continuously improve onboarding practices through feedback, data analysis, and organizational needs assessments

Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action-planning processes
  • Facilitate collaboration sessions with business leaders to identify opportunities for improving employee satisfaction and workplace culture
  • Develop and implement strategies that strengthen employee engagement, communication, and retention
  • Support programs that reinforce RHM's core values and organizational culture

Performance Management & Coaching

  • Lead the ongoing development and improvement of the organization's performance management philosophy and processes
  • Partner with leadership to create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and results
  • Provide coaching and consultation to managers regarding employee development, performance improvement, and talent planning
  • Support annual performance review processes and talent assessments

Workforce Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop reporting and analytics that provide insight into talent trends, workforce effectiveness, and employee development opportunities
  • Analyze talent data and provide recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Assist leaders in utilizing available workforce metrics and talent management tools effectively
  • Monitor key talent metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering talent management, employee development, and leadership development programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation techniques, and organizational development practices
  • Real estate, property management, construction, or related industry experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience coaching and consulting with senior-level leaders and management teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
