Join Enpro as a Talent and Development Manager to help shape the future of our organization by advancing enterprise talent practices, enhancing leader capability, and strengthening Enpro’s incredible cultural foundation that drives business excellence.

As a key member of the Talent & Development Center of Excellence, this role shapes enterprise-wide talent practices.  Partnering closely with HR and business leaders, the Talent and Development Manager helps align talent strategies with business priorities, applying data-driven insights and learner-centric approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness. Through professional development, performance management, engagement, change management and cultural initiatives, this role contributes directly to building the capabilities and talent needed for sustained business success and growth.

While Charlotte, NC is the preferred location for this position, we will consider qualified remote candidates located within the United States.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary Talent & Development partner to an assigned business segment or corporate functions, advising leaders on talent planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as Global Process Owner for select enterprise talent processes, such as Performance Management & Goal Setting, Engagement Surveys, Mentoring & Coaching, or 360 Feeback Programs, ensuring processes are streamlined, scalable, informed by data and best practices, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Create and curate modern, accessible online and in-person learning content that builds leadership capability, critical skills, and role-specific expertise aligned with business priorities.
  • Establish and lead, in partnership with Talent & Development colleagues, the Enpro Trainer Network, enabling consistent, high-quality learning delivery through a centrally aligned and globally scalable approach.
  • Provide change management support and cultural stewardship for enterprise initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption strategies.
  • Optimize and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) to improve learner experience, content accessibility, reporting, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Global HR Partners, and IT to continuously improve and streamline talent processes and technologies, ensuring an intuitive user experience and operational excellence.
  • Apply strong project and program management discipline, to plan, execute and sustain enterprise talent initiatives with consistency, quality, and measurable impact.
  • Manage relationships with select external learning and development providers, including sourcing, contracting, onboarding and ongoing impact evaluation.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Coaching, diagnostic instruments or a related field.
  • Experience serving as a process owner for enterprise talent programs such as performance management, engagement, succession planning, mentoring, coaching, or leadership development.
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs for managers and senior leaders.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and culture transformation initiatives.
