We are looking for a Senior HR Learning & Development Specialist who will play a key role in designing and executing impactful learning programs, driving talent development, and supporting organizational effectiveness. This role will also provide light support in performance management processes, ensuring strong alignment between development, capability building, and business strategy. The position will work closely with and support the HR Manager in delivering strategic HR initiatives.
Job Description
Learning & Development
  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive learning solutions that build critical skills and capabilities.
  • Develop blended learning strategies (classroom, digital, coaching, workshops) tailored to diverse employee and leadership needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and build annual learning roadmaps.
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness using KPIs and employee feedback.
  • Stay current with global L&D trends and integrate best practices into company programs.
Talent Development
  • Identify high-potential employees and create targeted development opportunities.
  • Support mentoring, coaching, and talent mobility initiatives to foster career growth.
Organizational Development
  • Support organizational design and capability initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops and interventions that enhance team effectiveness, collaboration, and change adoption.
  • Provide tools and frameworks to strengthen culture, values, and employee engagement.
