  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of at least two designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize Civil 3D and stormwater management skills to develop and review project designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules, to support project tracking and decision-making.
