Job description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Develop a strategy and innovative learning solutions for developing college interns
  • Build a development program to support new college grads and move them quickly to Operations leader roles
  • Partner to develop operations leaders and hi-potential emerging leaders
  • Partner with Director of Recruiting to complete a plan for building the bench through external recruiting
  • Develop and design any needed training to improve competencies for early level leaders
  • Utilize technology to create solutions for training
  • Source leadership experiences we can offer to all levels of leaders, skill soft, HBR, linked in learning, etc.
  • Own skills development for all
  • Create and conduct virtual development sessions for in the moment training
  • Coordinate 360 assessments and other assessments needed
  • Oversee development of and training for mentoring program
  • Create a central location for career development tools and resources
  • Support marketing of development programs/tools/and all talent management programs including performance management, competencies, and values
  • Other projects/duties as assigned

Key Competencies:
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels and build trust and confidence
  • Ability to think creatively to look at current practices and think differently and innovatively to design best methods for development utilizing technology
  • Proven ability to create developmental experiences that change behaviors
