What It Takes:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Instructional Design, E-Learning, Learning Technology, or a related area (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proven experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions
  • Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent development practices

The Digital Learning & Development Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Learning and Development digital learning ecosystem. This role oversees the learning technology landscape, including the Learning Management System (LMS), e-learning development and instructional design, digital content strategy, vendor partnerships, learning analytics, reporting, and the evaluation of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate combines expertise in learning and development with technology, creativity, and innovative learning practices to design engaging, accessible, and scalable learning experiences that drive employee growth and business performance.

This position leads the design and development of learner-centered digital learning solutions by applying instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and modern learning methodologies. Responsibilities include creating e-learning, microlearning, video-based learning, assessments, and interactive learning experiences that translate business and technical concepts into practical, impactful development opportunities. The Digital Learning & Development Manager also serves as the primary point of contact for learning technology and vendor partnerships, ensuring solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable value.
