Job description

Join Our Learning & Development Team

Are you passionate about helping others learn and grow? Absolute Storage Management is looking for a Learning Experience Facilitator to deliver engaging virtual training, support new team members, and create an exceptional learning experience across our organization. Reporting to the Learning Experience Designer, you'll facilitate instructor-led training, provide ongoing learner support, and help ensure our teams have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate virtual new hire training, webinars, and instructor-led learning sessions.
  • Deliver training through the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and other approved technology platforms.
  • Monitor learner progress, provide coaching, and support the successful completion of training objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related questions through Microsoft Teams and other communication channels.
  • Administer the Learning Management System, including user support, reporting, compliance tracking, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain training schedules, attendance records, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback and performance metrics, recommending improvements where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on training initiatives, content updates, and special projects.
  • Stay current on company policies, operational processes, and industry best practices to ensure accurate and effective training delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in training, facilitation, learning & development, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience delivering virtual training and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools.
  • Property management or self-storage industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
