As a Sales Account Development Manager, you'll help accounting and legal professionals continue their learning journey by managing renewals, reconnecting with former customers, and identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.


You'll work across our portfolio of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) solutions, helping customers maximize the value of their subscriptions while introducing new products and learning opportunities that support their professional growth.

What You'll Own

Renewals & Customer Retention

  • Own renewal conversations across CeriFi's Accounting and Legal product portfolio, helping customers continue their subscriptions with confidence.
  • Proactively engage former customers and closed-lost opportunities to re-establish relationships and win back business.
  • Manage renewal campaigns and customer outreach through phone, email, and digital engagement.
  • Achieve renewal, retention, and customer growth goals through consultative conversations and exceptional service.

Growth & Business Development

  • Identify whitespace opportunities within existing customer accounts and introduce relevant products and services.
  • Prospect new customers for CPEdge, LegalEdge, and other learning solutions.
  • Partner with Account Managers when larger expansion opportunities are identified.
  • Recommend additional learning solutions based on customer needs and professional development goals.

Customer Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with accounting and legal professionals through proactive outreach and personalized service.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, enrollment questions, and purchasing decisions.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on CeriFi's education solutions and product offerings.
  • Support inbound sales inquiries when needed.

Pipeline & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
  • Utilize Revenue Grid to manage renewal campaigns, customer sequences, and follow-up activities.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain pipeline visibility to support accurate forecasting.
  • Conduct account research and identify opportunities for future customer engagement.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Digital teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer insights that help improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of CeriFi's products, services, and the industries we serve.
  • Contribute ideas that improve customer engagement, sales processes, and overall team performance.
Requirements:
