I n-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Learning & Development Partner , based in * Irvine, CA . The Learning & Development Partner reports to the Learning & Development Lead and is a member of the Human Resources team. He/she is a contributing member of the Learning & Development team responsible for professional and leadership development for our Support and Corporate Departments (not stores).
*This position is full-time, in-office only.
General Responsibilities
  • Researching, sourcing, and/or creating growth and development content including designing presentations and participant materials.
  • Delivering leadership & professional development workshops to Associates of a variety of levels and functions both in-person and virtually.
  • Monitoring and evaluating content to ensure it is current and effective.
  • Collaborating with HR partners and department leaders to assess, create and/or facilitate solutions for increased individual and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Support and Corporate department leaders to meet growth and development needs as identified by the business group.
  • Researching and utilizing the most effective medium for knowledge transfer and skill building and utilizing tools to create engaging interactions both on-demand and in-person.
  • Managing projects to create, execute, complete, and evaluate the project or curriculum.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment/registration.

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time, Exempt
  • Pay range: $90,320-$105,000
  • The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Department needs may call for occasional overtime
  • Some travel, about 10% to include Northern California, Texas and Tennessee as well as local In-N-Out facilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (HR or Organizational Management, Communication, Organizational Psychology or Sociology, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate learning, talent, and/or organizational development
  • Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively
  • Familiar with a variety of Learning & Development practices and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
  • Experience with the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage projects.
  • Ability to build successful relationships and partnerships across the organization
  • Strong customer service skills and an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Additional Software a plus. (Asana, Canva)
  • Spanish language fluency is a plus

Work Location Details
In-N-Out Burger plans to bring its West Coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company's western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948. Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029. We are sharing this information early so candidates can make informed decisions while considering a career with In-N-Out Burger.
