How will you fit into the big picture?
  • The Senior Manager, Enterprise Intelligence, Learning and Capability Acceleration will play a critical role in helping Hershey learn faster, build future-ready capabilities, and turn intelligence into action across the enterprise. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Intelligence & Learning Capability Advancement, this leader will shape and advance the strategy for enterprise learning and capability acceleration, AI-enabled intelligence, and future-ready ways of working.
    As part of the Enterprise Intelligence & Learning Capability Acceleration team, you will build the connective tissue across consumer learning, foresight, commercial intelligence, AI strategy, external partner ecosystems, and enterprise capability development. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic capability builder and change leader to accelerate how Hershey teams use intelligence, technology, and learning to drive growth and better business decisions.
     
    What will you do?
      • Develop and execute Hershey's strategy and multi-year roadmap for learning capability acceleration, AI-enabled intelligence, and future-ready ways of working.
      • Identify high-impact opportunities where new learning models, technologies, and external partnerships can strengthen enterprise capabilities and decision-making.
      • Translate business priorities into actionable capability agendas that guide investment, learning design, adoption, and partner strategies.
      • Build scalable systems, tools, playbooks, and learning experiences that improve how teams leverage consumer, shopper, commercial, and market intelligence.
      • Partner with business and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and create practical learning roadmaps aligned to growth priorities.
      • Accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled learning, automation, and intelligence solutions that increase speed, efficiency, and quality of recommendations.
      • Establish governance frameworks, success measures, and operating routines that ensure capability investments deliver measurable business impact.
      • Foster a culture of curiosity, consumer obsession, experimentation, and continuous learning across Consumer & Commercial Intelligence and enterprise stakeholders.
      • Lead external partner and supplier ecosystem strategies, including identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic relationships that support capability development.
      • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embrace new ways of working and drive sustainable behavior change.
Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights, commercial intelligence, capability building, learning and development, analytics, transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide capability-building, upskilling, adoption, or transformation initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience developing strategic roadmaps, operating models, learning ecosystems, external partnerships, or supplier networks.
  • Demonstrated success driving change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new tools, processes, or ways of working.
  • Experience with AI-enabled learning, advanced analytics, business intelligence platforms, consumer research tools, digital learning technologies, or related solutions preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Organizational Development, Learning, Consumer Insights, or a related field preferred.
