What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Center Director to assess student needs, develop personalized learning plans, and monitor academic progress
  • Support enrollment growth by responding to leads, assisting consultations, and providing outstanding customer service to families
  • Lead, coach, and mentor instructors to maintain high instructional quality and a collaborative, team-focused culture
  • Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method™ (in-person and/or online) and master digital learning tools
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional learning environment while supporting daily operations and administrative tasks

  • Passion for math and inspiring kids, with strong math skills through at least Algebra I
  • Excellent communicator who builds rapport with students and families; customer service or sales experience is a plus
