As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a Strategic Growth & Business Development Coordinator to help drive that growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching new opportunities, building professional relationships, creating business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued success of a growing company. Working directly with our leadership team, you'll help strengthen our market presence, support strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities that position The Ottohahn Group for long-term success.

Position Overview:

The primary mission of this role is to support the firm's continued growth through strategic business development initiatives. You'll help identify prospective clients, coordinate outreach campaigns, prepare business development materials, and support marketing efforts that strengthen our brand and expand our reach within the industries we serve.

While business development is the primary focus, you'll also support marketing initiatives, executive projects, and select recruiting operations as needed.

How You'll Make an Impact Strategic Growth & Business Development

• Research prospective client organizations within our target industries.

• Identify engineering leaders, executives, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.

• Build and maintain strategic target account lists.

• Research market trends, hiring activity, capital projects, mergers and acquisitions, and company expansions.

• Coordinate personalized business development outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

• Develop and manage SendGrid email campaigns and newsletters.

• Track outreach activity and maintain CRM records.

• Prepare client presentations, capability statements, and proposal materials.

• Support conference planning, networking initiatives, and post-event follow-up.

• Identify new markets, industries, and growth opportunities for the firm.

• Recommend ideas and initiatives that support the company's long-term strategic growth. Marketing & Brand Support.

• Coordinate LinkedIn content and company communications.

• Assist with website updates and marketing collateral.

• Create presentations, brochures, and branded materials using Canva and Microsoft Office.

• Support conference marketing and promotional initiatives.

• Help ensure consistency across all Ottohahn branding and communications. 

• Prepare executive meeting materials and presentations.

• Assist with strategic projects and company initiatives.

• Coordinate project timelines and follow-up activities.

• Help improve internal workflows and organizational processes.

• Assist with interview coordination and scheduling.

• Support recruiting projects as needed.

• Maintain recruiting databases and administrative records.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and SendGrid is preferred.

Experience in business development, marketing, recruiting, or professional services is a plus but not required.
