Training Coordinator
Location: Portland, OR (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $24 - $30 per hour DOE
Position Overview
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Coordinator to support the development, execution, and administration of employee training programs. This individual will play a key role in ensuring employees receive high-quality training experiences and that all training data is accurately tracked and maintained within the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating logistics, working cross-functionally, and supporting learning and development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
  • Manage and maintain training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Upload, update, and organize training materials, courses, and modules in the LMS
  • Track employee training completion, compliance, and certification status
  • Partner with internal teams to support training needs and logistics
  • Communicate training schedules and updates to employees and stakeholders
  • Assist with the creation and formatting of training materials and documentation
  • Generate reports on training metrics and participation
  • Provide general administrative support to the training and development team
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a training coordination, HR, or administrative support role
  • Hands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience supporting training programs or learning & development initiatives is a plus
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
