Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Learning Leader based in Houston. You'll develop and deliver effective employee onboarding, ensuring speed to competency, learning materials organization, process creation and process updating, as well as content creation and instructional design.

What you'll do as [role]:

  • Support the customer experience dept in training, content and onboarding
  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing functional trainers
  • Lead the transition to new technologies with training, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all teams.
  • Establish accurate methods for content delivery, employee onboarding, and continuous learning deployment.
  • Define and execute the instructional design strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Ensure learning experiences are engaging, learner-centered, and outcomes-driven
  • Redesign the employee onboarding and functional training delivery model
  • Travel 25%

You are:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training, content creation, instructional design, or training management. Proven track record of leadership.
  • Experience in project and change management.
  • Experience leading people, trainers, and other staff.
  • Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
