This role is an excellent opportunity to drive business decisions through data, analytics, and automation. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, optimize reporting systems, and build scalable data solutions that improve operational performance. Combining business intelligence, AI, and cloud technologies, you will help transform raw data into actionable insights across multiple functions. Accountabilities:

As a Data Analyst, you will support reporting, business intelligence, and automation initiatives while helping improve data quality, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using modern visualization tools.
  • Analyze operational, sales, recruiting, and financial data to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance insights.

  • Perform SQL-based data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities and operational performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and a passion for leveraging data and automation to solve business challenges.

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Google Sheets.
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data workflows, REST APIs, and data integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar large language models to improve productivity and reporting.
  • Understanding of automation concepts, workflow optimization, and business process improvement.
  • Experience supporting business operations through data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
