LeanIX is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM). A LeanIX professional typically works with organizations to map, analyze, and optimize their IT landscapes using the LeanIX tool. Their responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date information about applications, processes, and technologies, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment between IT and business goals. They often collaborate with stakeholders to visualize dependencies, manage risks, and enable informed decision-making through insightful reporting and dashboards.

How does a LeanIX Consultant typically collaborate with IT and business teams during an enterprise architecture project?

They often work closely with enterprise architects, project managers, and business analysts to map out current and future state architectures, ensuring transparency and alignment. Effective communication and stakeholder management are crucial, as consultants must translate technical jargon into actionable insights for business users, while ensuring data integrity and system integration across teams.
