Job description

Job Summary:
Javen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a LeanIX Platform Architect to take ownership of the LeanIX platform and ensure its effective administration and integration within the architecture practice. The role involves managing platform configurations, integrations with enterprise systems, and supporting data quality processes while enabling architecture governance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Own the day-to-day operation of the LeanIX platform, including workspaces, user access, roles, permissions, and general configuration.
• Perform hands on administration such as fact sheet configuration, surveys, reports, diagrams, and lifecycle states.
• Maintain naming standards, taxonomies, metadata dictionaries, and platform guardrails to ensure consistency and usability.
• Manage platform upgrades, feature adoption, and coordination with LeanIX vendor support.
• Design and implement how LeanIX is used across the architecture practice, including: Application Portfolio Management (APM), Business Capability modeling, Technology lifecycle and technical debt tracking, Interface and dependency mapping.
• Configure reports, dashboards, and heatmaps that support executive decision making and governance forums.
• Translate architecture concepts into practical LeanIX usage patterns that teams can actually follow.
• Build and support integrations between LeanIX and other enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDBs, HR systems, diagramming tools).
• Define data mappings, synchronization rules, and ownership models across integrated platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, data conflicts, and synchronization failures.
• Establish and operate data quality processes, including: Surveys and assessments, Ownership and stewardship workflows, Completeness and accuracy checks.
• Partner with application owners, architects, and delivery teams to remediate data gaps and inaccuracies.
• Ensure LeanIX data can be trusted for governance, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Support architecture governance processes by ensuring LeanIX reflects current and proposed solutions accurately.
• Capture non standard technologies, risks, and technical debt in LeanIX for review and reporting.
• Produce artifacts used by Architecture Review Board (ARB) and other governance bodies.
• Define and document LeanIX related processes, including: Data onboarding and maintenance, Architecture reviews, Technology lifecycle management.
• Create job aids, reference guides, and training materials for LeanIX users.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline architecture and governance workflows using LeanIX.
• Act as the primary LeanIX point of contact for architects, analysts, and technology teams.
• Coach architects and analysts on effective LeanIX usage and best practices.
• Balance strategic platform design with pragmatic, hands on execution.
