In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and guide teams toward continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines, helping to create a culture of accountability and transparency. The ideal candidate has a passion for agile practices, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to coach teams through the complexities of the Scrum framework.
