Job description

Copeland Oaks, a not-for profit Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Sebring, OH is beginning the hiring process for Seasonal Grounds Workers.  The seasonal grounds worker will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in a neat, attractive manner and installation of lawns and landscape plantings.  Clean up of grounds in all weather and assist with inside maintenance duties during bad weather.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: lawn mowing, weeding, planting, leaf removal, snow / ice removal, and grounds clean up.  In addition, this position may be assigned general labor duties inside as needed.  These duties may include resident move-ins, fire watch, meeting room set up and tear downs, trash collection, and construction clean up.
