Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in compensation benchmarking activities to maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends.

  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR and compensation reports and data analysis.

  • Design, improve, and strategize core HR frameworks, including performance evaluation, promotions, and compensation structures.

  • Plan and execute organizational restructuring, leadership management, and administrative support operations.

  • Source and recruit core-level technology engineers within the Bay Area.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders and partner teams to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and change management activities.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support leadership decision-making.

  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews, and company events; prepare agendas, meeting materials, and track follow-up action items.

  • Respond to expatriate inquiries with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and customer support.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.

  • BA/BS degree in Business or a related field required.

  • Minimum 10 years of extensive, progressive HR experience, including HR strategic planning, reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.


COMPENSATION: $140,000-$180,000

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be tailored based on several factors, including the location, job grade, relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. We also take into account the internal equity among our current team members to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
