This role is designed to accelerate the growth of future organizational leaders by providing structure and direct exposure to the inner workings of Chick-fil-A. Looking for leaders whom consistently demonstrate our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and have a servant's heart. With a passion for people and serving others, having strong character, taking initiative and working with a sense of urgency at all times. Our leaders are responsible for supporting the Operator and senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and maintaining 2nd Mile Service. Intended for those who lead by example and set the tone for others to follow.

Leader Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Open (5AM) and/or closing (11PM) availability
  • Lead operations, key holder
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
