  • This role will go through our leadership development program progressing from team member to leader of leaders. Our program teaches one to lead self well, then to lead others, then to lead teams. All of this is completed with a mentor, assigned readings, practical application, and professional development from the Owner/Operator.
  • The role ultimately lands with the responsibility of leadership, management, and accountability for the shift lead team and special team leaders for designated area of restaurant.
