The Finance Development Program (FDP) is designed to build Franklin Electric's future finance leaders through rotational experiences, executive exposure, mentorship, and challenging business assignments. FDP participants complete three, 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting departments, developing critical leadership and technical skills while benefitting from in-depth and ongoing support, training and coaching.

What you will be doing:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages, including balance sheet and P&L analysis.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts, analyzing variances.
  • Data & AI-enabled Solutions: Solve business problems and improve processes through proficiency and interest in leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
  • Business Partnership: Work with cross-functional teams in various regions (NAM, LATAM, South America, EMEA, APAC) to provide insights.

What you need:

  • A bachelor’s or fifth-year master’s degree (received by May 2027) in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or business-related degree is required
  • An equivalent cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
  • Passion for finance and accounting
  • Relevant, real-world experience through prior projects, internships and co-ops is a plus
  • Ability to excel in a team-based environment
