  • Lead the end-to-end design of learning programs aligned with the people value plan and organizational goals using ISD frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM
  • Evaluate and analyze training needs through collaboration with organizational leaders, performance data, and stakeholder feedback to develop effective learning strategies
  • Develop scalable e-Learning, blended, and instructor-led virtual and in-person learning experiences using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond
  • Define organizational learning strategies and incorporate cutting-edge design models, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies
  • Influence leaders on the integration of learning into strategic priorities
  • Design, manage, and facilitate leadership onboarding, competency-based learning journeys, and system-wide leadership events
  • Facilitate strategic development sessions and learning labs in both virtual and in-person formats across leadership levels
  • Serve as a key liaison with partners and vendors to curate and customize a catalog of specialized leadership offerings
  • Serve as the primary designer and facilitator for flagship leadership programs aligned with internal mobility and talent strategy
  • Consult with executives to execute leadership development philosophy and frameworks
  • Design and manage dynamic SharePoint environments to support digital learning hubs, resource libraries, and training communications
  • Partner with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and functionality of learning ecosystems
  • Apply knowledge management principles to create and maintain SOPs, centralized resources, and standardized learning content across digital platforms
  • Evaluate and recommend organizational tools and innovations in digital learning, including strategic direction for platform integrations, adoption, and scalability
  • Develop and implement robust evaluation strategies such as Kirkpatrick's Four Levels and ROI analysis to measure outcomes, behavior change, and business impact
  • Provide post-program analytics, executive reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead organizational learning needs assessments that inform people development strategies and future planning
  • Translate complex learning data into actionable insights for leadership and leverage predictive analytics to influence talent investments
  • Lead end-to-end logistics for organizational learning programs, including scheduling, communication, budgeting, and overall coordination
  • Serve as project lead for cross-functional learning initiatives aligned with change management, caregiver engagement, and talent strategies
  • Mentor instructional designers and developing talent, setting standards for design excellence, innovation, and consistent review cycles
  • Maintain allocated budgets, vendor partnerships, event-learning contracts, and cross-system initiative support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR business partners, and department managers
  • Champion best practices in knowledge transfer, coaching, and microlearning to strengthen learning culture
  • Represent Learning & Talent Development in organizational discussions and cross-functional committees

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience

*Years of experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Master's degree or advanced learning certifications preferred
  • ATD, CPTD, CPLP, or equivalent instructional design or training certifications preferred
  • 5-10+ years of related professional or corporate experience required
  • 5-10 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, healthcare system training, organizational development, or leadership development
  • Previous experience in roles such as Learning Coordinator, Learning Specialist, or Instructional Designer preferred
  • Proven experience designing leadership or organization-wide learning programs required
  • Experience working in healthcare or large matrixed environments preferred
  • Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional systems design, and learning evaluation methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and digital learning platforms
  • Experience facilitating leadership development sessions in virtual and in-person settings
  • Ability to analyze data, assess learning needs, and translate findings into scalable learning strategies
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience managing SharePoint environments, digital resource libraries, or learning knowledge systems preferred
