Job Summary

As our Lead Installer, you will safely remove old windows and doors and install new Window World products to company standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will lead an in-house installation crew and play a key role in helping ownership identify and hire 12 additional installers to work alongside you.
Youll pick up pre-staged materials from our warehouse, transport them to customer homes, complete installations professionally and efficiently, return debris to the shop, and ensure all required paperwork and customer completion forms are finalized.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and work alongside a small installation crew
  • Assist ownership in identifying and hiring additional crew members
  • Pick up and transport materials to job sites
  • Remove and dispose of old windows and doors properly
  • Install replacement windows and doors to company standards
  • Complete trim, insulation, caulking, and finishing work professionally
  • Troubleshoot issues in the field to keep jobs on schedule
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication
  • Collect completion certificates and final paperwork from customers
