As an Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality installations, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining organized job sites. We offer comprehensive training programs and a structured career progression within our Installation Team.

  • Worksite Preparation and Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards.   
  • Finishing Work: Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details to deliver a high-quality end product.  
  • Customer Interaction: Provide a professional and courteous experience to homeowners throughout the installation process.  
  • Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with the Lead Installer to address challenges and ensure efficient project completion. 
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of window installation, carpentry or framing experience. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to efficiently manage time and installation tasks. 
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 
  • Accountability: A track record of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail. 
  • Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with installation crews, internal staff, and leadership. 
  • Valid Driver’s License Required  
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted; perform tasks in various job site conditions. 
  • Proficiency in using an iPad for business applications. 
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. 
  • Strong commitment to time management and punctuality. 
  • Standing, walking and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
