Pastor Search – Fellowship Baptist Church, Winamac, IN

Position: Senior/Lead Pastor

Overview

Fellowship Baptist Church (FBC) is seeking a Pastor to shepherd our congregation through faithful preaching of God’s Word, intentional discipleship, and visionary leadership. The Pastor will partner with the elders to strengthen the church and expand its gospel impact in the surrounding community.

FBC is a Bible-centered church with a Baptist heritage, committed to elder-led leadership with congregational involvement. We value expositional preaching, a blended worship style (modern songs and traditional hymns), and a strong sense of community.

We are located in a rural region of Northern Indiana, serving a hardworking and relationally connected population.

  • Have 5–10 years of pastoral ministry experience (assistant/associate preferred)
  • Be a faithful expositor of Scripture with strong communication skills
