Job description

Under the direction of the division supervisor, division head, and/or department administration. Functions as the person in charge in the absence of the supervisor. May assist as timekeeper, prepares employee schedules, orders supplies, reports equipment malfunctions, and other related functions of the division as directed by the division/department leadership. May function as a Radiologic Technologist and be assigned in the division schedules. May assist with the training of new personnel, and/or student who are assigned to the division. Will not be expected to make independent changes in policy/procedures or take disciplinary actions in the supervisor's absence. Performs related duties as required. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. 

Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Radiographer required. 

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: 

Must be registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). 

Must maintain a Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS). 

Must maintain required hours of continued medical education.
