Role Descriptions:
The Senior Lead QA Analyst will have responsibility for designing| developing| and executing tests against multiple applications related to customer-facing Digital Experience.
Applications include online account management (OAC) and related applications.
This Senior Lead QA Analyst will provide detailed test case development| software testing| verification| and certification of deliverables across the systems development and implementation lifecycle.
This person will coordinate the Quality Assurance activities of assigned projects in order to ensure that the software meets required standards prior to production release.
The Senior Lead QA Analyst will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of QA activities aligned with one of our DE Organizations product teams.
Under the direction of the Team Manager this person will be responsible for identifying| coordinating and executing QA activities in alignment with ongoing development efforts and in a manner that aligns with project timelines.
The Senior Lead QA Analyst will also help to drive decisions and evaluate ways to improve our quality and efficiency.
Tool evaluation and selection are also part of the role.

Execute in an iterative development and delivery model
Monitor| Lead and support testing efforts across scrum teams Review project documentation as a basis for testing documentation and product understanding
