Lead Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Columbia, SC hybrid (2 days onsite per week) Interview Process: 1 round, virtual Duration: 12 Months Employment Type: Contract Experience Required: 08+ Years Candidate Location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed. Project Scope: The CFS Project Team is responsible for developing and maintaining a statewide Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS) for the South Carolina Family Courts.

The system manages Family Court case information, accounting functions compliant with GAAP standards, document imaging, and integrations with SC Judicial Branch (SCJB) and PACSS systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead Quality Assurance Act as the Lead QA Analyst for the FCCMS Team Plan, organize, and manage testing activities for FCCMS enhancements and maintenance releases Provide management reporting on key QA metrics, defect management, and application quality Coordinate with third-party software vendors on issue resolution and defect tracking Conduct root cause analysis and reproduce defects for development teams Lead incident review meetings and release management activities Perform regression testing and validate system functionality Prepare and manage test data for execution of test scripts Execute test cases, record results, analyze outcomes, and report findings Review test reports, training materials, and computer-based training documentation System Enhancements & Analysis Work with end users and business analysts to define system requirements Support analysis and review of functional designs Maintain traceability between requirements, designs, and test scripts Assist in developing custom reports and enhancement validation Support application configuration and testing activities Training & Transition Assist in developing and delivering end-user training and workshops Coordinate knowledge transfer and transition activities from SC DSS to SCJB Support Angular migration testing schedules and transition planning Provide timely responses to end-user questions and issues Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience using and configuring Family Court Case Management Systems (FCCMS) 5+ years of experience with Component, Integration, Performance, Regression, and Acceptance Testing 5+ years of experience summarizing testing results and reporting defects 5+ years of experience developing custom reports Strong QA leadership and testing coordination experience Preferred Skills: Experience providing end-user instruction and training Experience using SQL Experience in requirements gathering, software analysis, and design Previous State Government experience Experience with maintenance & operations support Experience testing judicial or case management systems Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies Technical Environment: MS Office MS Teams Microsoft Test Manager Visual Studio Education: BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience
