Press Brake Operator Job Summary:

Bedrock is seeking a Press Brake Operator to operate and maintain press brake and spot welder machines for production. This role includes setting up equipment, executing specific operations, and ensuring quality control while adhering to safety standards.

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:

- Learn machine setup procedures for each piece of production equipment

- Operate press brake and spot welder to complete specific manufacturing operations

- Inspect completed parts for workmanship quality

- Maintain safety standards by wearing all required PPE including glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and back belts

- All other duties as assigned by management

Press Brake Operator Skills and Competencies:

- Understanding of workmanship standards and ability to apply them in production

- Visual inspection skills to ensure product quality

- Strong interpersonal communication

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

- Experience operating press brake or related machinery preferred

- Minimum two years of manufacturing experience preferred

- Willingness to train on more complex equipment as needed
