What is a lead manager?

A Lead Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the process of capturing, tracking, and nurturing sales leads within an organization. Their main goal is to ensure that potential customers (leads) are properly managed from the initial point of contact through to conversion or sale. Lead Managers often coordinate with marketing and sales teams, utilize CRM software, and develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
