Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Retail/ Lead Generation Manager to lead our Raleigh lead generation team. In this role, you will spearhead Field Retail/ Lead Generation initiatives that align with our company objectives while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities of Field Retail/ Lead Generation Manager:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates, driving sales growth in alignment with company goals.
  • Team Development: Direct, guide, and cultivate a team of entry level professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and teamwork across various locations.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform promotional strategies, enhance customer engagement, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets for field marketing activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable return on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Corporate Marketing teams to align field initiatives with broader business objectives and strategies.

Requirements
Qualifications for the Event / Lead Generation Manager include:
  • Minimum of 3-years of experience in Lead Generation (home improvement preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a history of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support field activities and events.
